Refund policy

Personalized Items
Items that have been personalized are not eligible for a refund. Each personalized item is tailored to the specific customer, making returns impractical.
Non-Personalized Items
Non-personalized items may be eligible for a refund, subject to a 15% restocking fee, within 14 days of confirmed receipt.
Customer will be responsible for the cost of return shipping.
Defective Products
The above rules do not apply if the item is determined, by us, to be defective.
If you receive an item that you believe to be defective, please contact us within 7 days of the confirmed delivery date for assistance.
Exceptions
At our discretion, we may make exceptions to our return policy that may qualify an excluded item to be returned, but no disqualifying exceptions will be made.
Processing
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know once your refund has been approved. If approved, your original payment method will automatically be refunded within 3 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
